Hartbergerland World Cycling Week 11th to 21st August 2016

International bike sports in Eastern Styria! For Hartbergerland World Cycling Week athletes from more than 30 countries take part at 190 road races in more than 20 categories. The region of Eastern Styria offers with its beautiful hilly landscapes the ideal conditions for attractive and fair races.

With the prologue through the historic city centre of Hartberg, the 44th FIS RSC World Cycling Week is opened on 11th August 2016. On 9 race days the prologue, four street races, the circuit race, the hill sprint, the single time trial and the bike marathon will take part at different race spots in the region of Hartbergerland. The heart of the region and of the World Cycling Week is the city of Hartberg. Here, in the city of senses, the race office is located and program highlights as well as the overall winner’s ceremony take place at the centre of Hartberg. On the free day between the race days, the city Hartberg and its surrounding region invite to be discovered.
